Autumn is here! We hope you are enjoying the changing of the seasons and looking forward to the holidays to spend with your friends and family.
After a busy summer of changes in our structure and office to ensure we are being good stewards of our funds, we continue to sew seeds and pray for God to open doors for us to build and minister to our friends in Mexico.
- Please check out our most recent newsletter. If you didn't receive it personally, please make sure you sign up on the website so we can get future newsletters to you. Our alumni and supporters are at the core of this ministry! We've worked hard to update our systems this summer to make sure we communicate consistently and keep you up to date!
- Please check out our blog! There are some great stories being written from those who have been building homes locally and in Juarez. You will find some very touching stories. God is good!
- Our Raising the Walls event in mid-October at Bandimere Speedway. Thank you to all who sponsored, donated, built and worked to make it happen. A special thanks to the Bandimere family and race chaplain Ken Webb for their vision and support.
- Team appreciation and information dinner November 11th to be held at Cherry Hills Community Church.
- End of year Christmas box and special needs. The push is on to end the year strong and we need your support!
We trust God with our future and the impact we can make for the poor. We're working on building a network of volunteers we can more actively engage in short spurts to help our Mexican friends and meet their needs. If you are one who has a heart for this ministry, please let us know. Our goal is to utilize our volunteers and be much more organized as we do so.
Get involved! Are you ready to organize a team and take it to Juarez? Are you ready to plan a build in your church or school or business parking lot? Please contact us and let us help you work through the details. We're scheduling for end of year 2010 and 2011 right now. Come with us and let's make an impact for God and help those who are less fortunate!
