Group Registration Form

$500.00 Registration Fee not only confirms your participation on October 16, 2010, but it also allows us to begin pouring the concrete pads in Mexico on which your house will be reassembled. The $8,500 funding balance covers, additional concrete, asphalt roofing, fascia, soffits, exterior trim, electrical wiring, electrical trim, bathroom construction, plumbing trim, insulation, drywall installation, drywall finish, exterior painting, door, window and hardware installation. The cost of Mexican labor is included. Mexican volunteers from the community will also take part in the construction.

Registration Instructions/Payment Schedule:

1. Fill out the form above, completely, and click the submit button.
2. Mail the initial $100 deposit at the time of registration
   • Checks should be made out to “Raising the Walls” and the name of your group should be written in the “notes” section of every check and included on any packaging delivering the checks.
   • Mail checks to the address below.
3. The $400 registration balance is due in 10 days.
4. The final $8,500 is due on or before September 30, 2010.
5. Download and fax or mail a copy of the completed Liability Release form (PDF) to 303.771.3864.
6. You may also give your checks to Dave or Wendy.
